Notes to sellers
1. Platform charges
In order to ensure the stable operation of the platform and provide quality services, all sellers need to pay the following service fees based on the transaction amount:
- Minimum handling fee: The minimum handling fee for each transaction is HKD $50 .
- Tiered charging ratio:
- Transaction amount $0 - $5,000: 5%
- Transaction amount $5,001 - $10,000: 4%
- Transaction amount $10,001 - $20,000: 3.5%
- Transaction amount $20,001 or more: 3%
Payment method: After the transaction is completed, the seller needs to pay the corresponding handling fee directly according to the platform prompts. The platform only accepts FPS or cash payments.
2. Transaction process

Product launch:
- Sellers need to submit product information (including pictures, descriptions, conditions, etc.) and wait for platform review.
- If the product fails the review, the platform will provide the reason for rejection.
- Note: Even if some products have been modified, they may still not be put on the shelves due to quality issues, and the platform reserves the right to make the final decision.

Buyer places an order:
- After the buyer views the product and places an order, the platform will notify the seller.
- The seller needs to confirm the order and prepare the product for delivery.

- Sellers need to go to the following stores with buyers to complete product delivery:

Complete the transaction:
- The seller will notify the platform after the settlement is completed and pay the corresponding handling fee.
3. Seller instructions and statement terms
Responsibilities and Disputes
- You must ensure that the product information you submit (including pictures, descriptions and conditions) is true, accurate and complete, and you are solely responsible for its legality.
- If the product causes any legal disputes (such as infringement, fraud, etc.) due to false information, inconsistency with actual conditions, or other reasons, you will bear all legal responsibilities, and the platform does not assume any relevant liability.
- If any disputes arise during the transaction, you need to resolve them through friendly negotiation with the buyer and cooperate with the mediation suggestions put forward by the platform.
Maintenance and documentation
- If the product claims to be within the warranty period, you need to submit a valid maintenance certificate or related documents.
- If it cannot be provided, the platform has the right to mark the product as "no maintenance" or refuse to put it on the shelf.
Accuracy of product information
- You guarantee that the product information you submit (including pictures, descriptions, conditions, etc.) is true, accurate and complete.
- You confirm that you have the legal right to sell the product and guarantee that the source of the product is legal and undisputed.
Platform approval and permissions
- The platform reserves the right to review product information, modify it if necessary, or refuse to put it on the shelves.
- If the product fails the review, you need to provide supplementary information according to the platform's requirements, but the platform reserves the final right to reject any product.
Product condition and after-sales service
- The platform only acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and does not directly participate in transactions or provide after-sales protection.
- Sellers are responsible for product quality and description, and handle any after-sales issues directly with buyers.
Data usage and privacy
- Your contact information will only be used during the transaction process, and the platform will comply with the privacy policy to protect your personal information.

Store delivery: After confirming the purchase, the buyer and the seller need to go to the following stores to complete product delivery:

- After-sales contact: If there is a problem with the product, the buyer can directly contact the seller to solve it.
3. Buyer Instructions and Statement Terms
Product information and inspection responsibilities
- Buyers are required to verify product information themselves and carefully check whether the product matches the description upon delivery.
- Once a transaction is completed, the Platform is not responsible for product quality, condition or lack of description.
Platform roles and responsibilities
- The platform only serves as an information matching intermediary between buyers and sellers and does not participate in any transaction process or provide product quality assurance.
- The platform is not responsible for the authenticity, legality and accuracy of descriptions of products.
Liability and Dispute Resolution
- If a dispute arises due to inconsistent product quality or description, the buyer must directly negotiate with the seller to resolve the dispute.
- The platform only provides mediation suggestions but is not responsible for the final solution.
Data usage and privacy
- The buyer's personal contact information will only be used during the transaction process, and the platform will abide by the privacy policy and properly protect user data.
Maintenance and after-sales
- If the seller claims that the product is still within the warranty period, the buyer should ask to see the relevant maintenance certification documents.
- The platform is not responsible for product maintenance or after-sales service.
Disclaimer
- The platform is not responsible for direct or indirect losses in any transaction, including but not limited to product damage, description discrepancies or delivery problems.
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own risks related to transactions, and the platform does not provide guarantees or guarantees for any transaction results.
