Sellers' Notice
1. Platform charges (Limited time offer of waiver of handling fee until March 1, 2025)
In order to ensure stable operation of the platform and provide high-quality services, all sellers are required to pay the following service fees based on the transaction amount:
- Minimum fee: The minimum fee for each transaction is HKD $50 .
- Tiered fee ratio:
- Transaction amount $0 - $5,000: 5%
- Transaction amount $5,001 - $10,000: 4%
- Transaction amount $10,001 - $20,000: 3.5%
- Transaction amount $20,001 or more: 3%
Payment method: After the transaction is completed, the seller must pay the corresponding handling fee directly according to the platform prompts. The platform only accepts payment via FPS or cash .
2. Transaction Process

Product Listing:
- Sellers need to submit product information (including pictures, descriptions, conditions, etc.) and wait for platform review.
- If the product fails the review, the platform will provide the reason for rejection.
- Note: Some products may not be available for sale due to quality issues even after modification. The platform reserves the right of final decision.

Buyer places an order:
- After the buyer views the product and places an order, the platform will notify the seller.
- The seller needs to confirm the order and prepare the product for delivery.

Delivery Complete the transaction:
- The seller needs to agree with the buyer on the delivery amount and goods

3. Seller's Notice and Declaration Terms
Responsibility and controversy
- You must ensure that the product information you submit (including pictures, descriptions and conditions) is true, accurate and complete, and you are fully responsible for its legality.
- If the product causes any legal disputes (such as infringement, fraud, etc.) due to false information, non-compliance with actual conditions or other reasons, you will bear all legal responsibilities and the platform will not bear any related responsibilities.
- If any disputes arise during the transaction, you must resolve them through friendly negotiation with the buyer and cooperate with the mediation suggestions made by the platform.
Maintenance and documentation
- If the product claims to be still within the warranty period, you need to submit a valid warranty certificate or related documents.
- If this information is not provided, the platform has the right to mark the product as "no maintenance" or refuse to list it.
Accuracy of Product Information
- You guarantee that the product information you submit (including pictures, descriptions, conditions, etc.) is true, accurate and complete.
- You confirm that you have the legal right to sell the product and guarantee that the source of the product is legal and undisputed.
Platform approval and permissions
- The platform reserves the right to review product information and modify or refuse to list it if necessary.
- If the product fails the review, you will need to provide additional information as required by the platform, but the platform reserves the final right to reject any product.
Product Condition and After-Sales
- The platform only acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and does not directly participate in transactions or provide after-sales guarantees.
- Sellers are responsible for product quality and description, and deal directly with buyers for any post-sales issues.
Data Use and Privacy
- Your contact information will only be used during the transaction process, and the platform will comply with the privacy policy to protect your personal information.

2. Purchase process
- View Products: Buyers can browse products through the platform and view detailed information submitted by sellers (including pictures, descriptions, product conditions, etc.). Please check the product description carefully to ensure that the product meets your needs.
- Order and payment: After the buyer selects the product, he can contact the seller to deliver the product and amount.
- After-sales contact: If there is any problem with the product, the buyer can contact the seller directly to resolve it.
3. Buyer Notice and Disclaimer
Product Information and Inspection Responsibility
- Buyers are responsible for verifying product information and carefully checking that the product is as described upon delivery.
- The Platform is not responsible for product quality, condition or non-conformity with description.
Platform roles and responsibilities
- The platform only acts as an information matching intermediary between buyers and sellers and does not participate in any transaction process or provide product quality assurance.
- The platform is not responsible for the authenticity, legality and accuracy of description of the products.
Liability and Dispute Resolution
- If a dispute arises due to product quality or discrepancy with the description, the buyer must resolve the dispute directly with the seller.
- The platform only provides mediation suggestions but is not responsible for the final solution.
Data Use and Privacy
- The buyer's personal contact information will only be used during the transaction process. The platform will abide by the privacy policy and properly protect user data.
Maintenance and after-sales
- If the seller claims that the product is still under warranty, the buyer should ask to see the relevant warranty certification documents.
- The platform is not responsible for product maintenance or after-sales service.
Disclaimer
- The platform is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses in any transaction, including but not limited to product damage, discrepancy between description and delivery problems.
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own transaction risks, and the platform does not provide any guarantee or warranty for any transaction results.
Precautions
- Please carefully verify the product information submitted by the seller to avoid unnecessary disputes due to inconsistent information.
- If you have any questions about the condition of the product, be sure to check it and ask questions at the time of delivery to avoid disputes after the transaction is completed.
