Seller's Notice

1. Platform Fees (Limited-time offer: fee waiver until March 1, 2026)

To ensure stable platform operation and provide quality services, all sellers are required to pay the following service fees based on the transaction amount:

  • Minimum Handling Fee: The minimum handling fee per transaction is HKD $50.
  • Tiered Fee Structure:
    • Transaction amount $0 - $5,000: 5%
    • Transaction amount $5,001 - $10,000: 4%
    • Transaction amount $10,001 - $20,000: 3.5%
    • Transaction amount $20,001 or above: 3%

Payment Methods: Sellers are required to pay the corresponding handling fee directly after the transaction is completed, as prompted by the platform. The platform only accepts FPS (Faster Payment System) or cash payments.

2. Transaction Process

  1. Product Listing:
    • Sellers must submit product information (including images, descriptions, condition, etc.) and await platform review.
    • If a product is not approved, the platform will provide the reason for rejection.
    • Note: Some products may still not be approved for listing due to quality issues even after modification, and the platform reserves the right of final decision.
  2. Buyer Places Order:
    • After viewing a product, the buyer places an order, and the platform will notify the seller.
    • The seller must confirm the order and prepare for product handover.
  3. Completion of Transaction:
    • Sellers must arrange for the handover of the item and collection of payment directly with the buyer.

3. Seller's Notice and Declaration Terms

Responsibility and Disputes

  • You must ensure that the product information submitted (including images, descriptions, and condition) is true, accurate, and complete, and you are fully responsible for its legality.
  • If the product leads to any legal disputes (such as infringement, fraud, etc.) due to false information, inaccurate representation, or other reasons, you shall bear all legal liabilities, and the platform shall not bear any related responsibilities.
  • In the event of any dispute during the transaction, you must resolve it amicably with the buyer and cooperate with the mediation suggestions proposed by the platform.

Warranty and Documentation

  • If a product is claimed to be under warranty, you must provide valid warranty certificates or relevant documents.
  • If not provided, the platform reserves the right to label the product as "No Warranty" or reject its listing.

Accuracy of Product Information

  • You guarantee that the product information submitted (including images, descriptions, condition, etc.) is true, accurate, and complete.
  • You confirm that you have the legal right to sell the product and guarantee that the product's origin is legitimate and without dispute.

Platform Approval and Authority

  • The platform reserves the right to review product information, modify it if necessary, or reject listings.
  • If a product is not approved, you must provide additional information as required by the platform, but the platform reserves the final right to reject any product.

Product Condition and After-Sales

  • The platform acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and does not directly participate in transactions or provide after-sales guarantees.
  • Sellers are responsible for product quality and description and must handle any after-sales issues directly with buyers.

Data Usage and Privacy

  • Your contact information will only be used during the transaction process, and the platform will comply with its privacy policy to protect your personal information.

  2. Place Order and Payment: After selecting a product, buyers can contact the seller directly to arrange product handover and payment.
  3. After-Sales Contact: If there is an issue with the product, buyers can contact the seller directly to resolve it.

 

3. Buyer's Notice and Declaration Terms

Product Information and Inspection Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for verifying product information themselves and carefully checking whether the product matches the description upon handover.
  • The platform is not responsible for product quality, condition, or discrepancies in description.

Platform Role and Responsibilities

  • The platform acts solely as an intermediary for matching information between buyers and sellers and does not participate in any transaction process or provide product quality assurance.
  • The platform is not responsible for the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of product descriptions.

Responsibility and Dispute Resolution

  • If a dispute arises due to product quality or discrepancy in description, buyers must resolve it directly with the seller.
  • The platform only provides mediation suggestions and is not responsible for the final resolution.

Data Usage and Privacy

  • The buyer's personal contact information will only be used during the transaction process, and the platform will comply with its privacy policy to properly protect user data.

Warranty and After-Sales Service

  • If the seller claims that the product is under warranty, the buyer should request to view the relevant warranty documentation.
  • The platform is not responsible for the product's warranty or after-sales service.

Disclaimer

  • The platform is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses in any transaction, including but not limited to product damage, description discrepancies, or handover issues.
  • Buyers and sellers must bear the risks associated with transactions themselves, and the platform does not provide any guarantee or assurance for any transaction outcome.
