Introduction to operating organization

Tiantian Travel has maintained a good and close cooperative relationship with Jockey Club A for a long time. In addition to cooperation in rental services, Tiantian Mobility will also share and exchange knowledge about electric wheelchairs and maintenance skills with Jockey Club A staff. This wheelchair rental service is operated by Jockey Club A | Gerontech Education and Rental Services

Project charges

Project fees are determined based on the principle of "those who are able pay more" and with reference to the eight-level income system of the Social Welfare Department.

The actual rental fee is based on the income reported by the user.

Service objects

The user needs to be an elderly person aged 65 or above, and family members can assist the user in applying.

(Family members can assist their elders aged 65 or above to apply for services)

If the user is not aged 65 or above, please call 3153 5255 and ask the staff for information.

Rental procedures

1) Open a case

Express your interest in renting a Ypush electric wheelchair to agency staff. The staff will refer you to the Integrated Home Care Service Team, open a case for you and wait in line.

2) Free occupational therapy services

An occupational therapist will come to your home to assess you and your family and give you professional advice on your situation.

3) Free door-to-door delivery

The agency will arrange for the Ypush electric booster wheelchair to be delivered to your home after making an appointment with you.

4) Door-to-door teaching

Institutional colleagues will guide you on how to use the Ypush electric booster wheelchair and the precautions when operating it.
