🔄 Rental process & required documents

1. Online form filling & data upload

   • Fill out the Electric Wheelchair Rental Application Form

2. Submit the following documents

   • Hong Kong Identity Card

   • Contact Number

   • Proof of residential address (bank statement or certificate issued by government/public organization; within the last 3 months)

3. Quick review & appointment pick-up

   • The review will be completed within 1 working day → Customer service will call to confirm the pick-up time and plan details

4. Pick up and pay

   • Deposit + first rent (weekly/monthly/quarterly payment)

   • Pick up at the store with the confirmation letter and ID card

5. Support during use

   • Customer service hotline support
     

6. Return or exercise of ownership rights upon maturity

   • Returned in good condition : Deposit fully refunded

   • Reach the payback period : The "payback means ownership" clause is activated → the wheelchair is yours

Note : If weekly payment customers switch to monthly/quarterly payment after the 6th day, they will need to pay the full amount of the new plan rent separately, and the weekly rent paid will not be deducted.

💳 Payment frequency & method

• Weekly payment : Pay the weekly rental fee on the day of pick-up (cash/FPS/bank transfer)

• Monthly payment : Automatic payment on the first day of each month (FPS/credit card)

• Quarterly payment : once every 3 months Payment

All payments will be provided with electronic invoices, and rental details can be checked in the member center.

🔋 Daily maintenance & safe charging

• Dry and ventilated : Do not cover during charging, keep air circulation; avoid rain or moisture.

• Original charger : Only use the original charger that comes with the product to ensure battery life and safety.

• Charge and discharge appropriately : Use the battery to a minimum before charging; turn off the power when fully charged to avoid continuous charging overnight.

• Do not drive while charging : It is strictly forbidden to drive the wheelchair during charging.

• Long-term storage : Recharge once a month after first use; charge if the battery is not used for more than 1 month.

• Normal wear and tear : free repair/replacement of consumables

• Man-made damage or loss : Compensation for an equivalent new wheelchair or parts according to the contract

1. Eligible

   • C1 New Product : 8 months of cumulative rental

   • C2 Second-hand : Total rental period of 10 months

2. Exercise Process

   • Complete the last rent payment → Apply for "Exercise Ownership" via "Contact Us" or customer service hotline within 3 days

   • We check the rental records and sign the "Ownership Transfer Agreement"

   • The deposit will be returned within 3 working days after the agreement is signed, and the wheelchair will officially become yours.

3. Subsequent protection

   • 30-day free testing : Free technical testing within the first 30 days after handover

   • Accessories discount : 10% off on original accessories

❓ FAQ

Q1: How to change or upgrade the plan?

• Weekly → Monthly/Quarterly: If requested after the 7th day, the full amount of the new plan rent must be paid separately.

• Monthly payment ↔ quarterly payment: Submit payment 7 days before the expiration of the lease, the payment will be automatically converted and deducted according to the new plan.

Q2: How to end the lease early?

• The full rent for the current period must be paid; if the unit is returned late, a late fee will be charged according to the plan.
