Warranty and Purchase Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions:
- Unless otherwise specified, the only payment methods accepted are cash, bank transfer and FPS
- The order will be considered formal only after the customer pays the full amount, otherwise the delivery date and time will not be arranged
- Delivery time generally takes 7-14 working days, starting from the time of receiving full payment.
- The warranty service is subject to the company's "Warranty Terms and Conditions"
- Tiantian Daibu Co., Ltd. reserves all final decision rights
- Once the product is shipped, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please check the product before purchasing. If there are any problems with the product, please report it to the staff immediately.
- Delivery service is not available in restricted areas, outlying islands, warehouses or places where there is no lift equipment
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
1. Warranty service is only applicable in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
2. If the product purchased by the customer requires maintenance, he/she must go to the designated repair center for the corresponding maintenance.
3. A valid invoice/receipt must be presented when repairing the product. If the customer fails to present a valid document, the maintenance service will be invalid immediately.
4. Warranty service does not apply to the following situations:
Damage caused by water, fire, accident, neglect, improper use or abuse, inappropriate input voltage, normal wear and tear over time, and any unauthorized repair.
5. Product maintenance services are subject to terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
6. If the product has expired or does not comply with the "Warranty Terms and Conditions", the warranty service will be invalid immediately.
7. The maintenance service does not include any problems that the customer is worried about that may occur even though the wheelchair is not damaged, such as the sound of the motor turning, noise, poor operation, normal friction sound at the wheelchair docking position (except loud noise), etc. All man-made damage and natural wear and tear, damage caused by accidents, including transportation and other repair errors not approved by the company or negligent use of products, improper installation, self-replacement of non-original accessories, if the above situation occurs, the warranty will be immediately invalidated. If necessary, customers can make an appointment in advance and come to the Tiantian Daibu repair workshop where we will provide free inspection services.
8. If the customer requires a paid technician to provide on-site repair service, a relevant video must be provided first to clearly indicate the fault situation.
9. If the customer requires a paid technician to provide on-site repair service, an additional on-site fee will be charged based on the quotation at that time. If the customer's area is a remote area,
The trainer will not be able to provide service at your doorstep. Customers need to send the product to the designated repair center for repair.
10. Maintenance service does not include appearance problems such as wear, scratches, stains on the surface of the product.
11. Damage to all consumable parts, loose wheels, seats, footrests, armrests, wires or screws or plugs, battery failure due to not being charged for more than one month are not covered by the maintenance.
12. Tiantian Daibu Co., Ltd. is committed to providing customers with quality products and services. After the maintenance service is completed, we will test the product to ensure that it is functioning properly. When customers receive the product, they are responsible for checking whether the product is functioning properly. If there are any functional problems, please contact the staff immediately.
If the customer does not raise any objection to the staff in a timely manner, it means that the customer is satisfied with the maintenance service.
13. Whether the product requires maintenance and whether the product is operating normally is subject to the judgment of Tiantian Daibu Co., Ltd.
14. Tiantian Daibu Co., Ltd. reserves the final right of interpretation of the maintenance terms. We may modify the maintenance terms when necessary and announce it on the official website. The revised warranty terms will take effect from the date of publication.
Maintenance details for non-electric products:
1. The general product warranty period is 7 days
2. The following items are not applicable to warranty service:
- The product has been improperly stored or assembled, improperly used, abused, misused, altered, or treated with inappropriate cleaning methods or cleaning agents
- Any normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, improper bending, or damage caused by impact or accident
- The product is damaged by any external factors, such as exposure to sunlight, moisture, dust, dust mites, etc.
- The product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment, such as a bathroom
- Difference in color
- Failure to provide original product invoice
- Product maintenance services are subject to terms and conditions . In case of any disputes , the company reserves the right to make the final decision.
Purchase Terms and Conditions:
1. The delivery time must be confirmed during office hours one working day before delivery. If you need to change the delivery time at short notice, an additional $600 administration fee will be charged.
2. If you need to change the delivery location for online orders, please notify us 3 working days in advance. You may need to reschedule the delivery time . Otherwise, we may not be able to provide delivery service immediately.
3. If there is bad weather, severe flooding, road congestion or closure on the day of delivery, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended. We will contact the customer via SMS and/or phone within 24 hours to make further arrangements. The replacement delivery service will be completed within seven working days . The company will not be responsible for any compensation for any accident / bad weather / natural disasters that cause delivery delays
4. If no one answers the door at the delivery address on the day of delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded and an additional return shipping fee of HK $600 will be charged . If you need to arrange delivery again, we will charge you again. $600 delivery fee.
5. The consignee must be over 18 years old and be the authorized representative of the customer. Any instructions / information or actions provided by the consignee represent the customer himself . In case of bad weather, severe flooding, road obstruction or closure, the pickup service may be delayed or suspended
6. Pick-up or delivery time is Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 19:00
7. Unless there is a problem with the quality of the goods or they do not conform to the sales statement, you may request a return or exchange due to dissatisfaction with the product’s color, appearance, shape, etc. , including but not limited to the above factors. The company does not provide return service
8. Tiantian Daibu Co., Ltd. reserves the right to interpret and amend the terms and conditions of this service
