Seller's Guide

1. Platform Fees (Limited-time offer: Transaction fees waived until March 1, 2026)

To ensure stable platform operation and provide quality services, all sellers are required to pay the following service fees based on the transaction amount:

  • Minimum Transaction Fee: The minimum transaction fee per transaction is HKD $50.
  • Tiered Fee Structure:
    • Transaction Amount $0 - $5,000: 5%
    • Transaction Amount $5,001 - $10,000: 4%
    • Transaction Amount $10,001 - $20,000: 3.5%
    • Transaction Amount $20,001 or above: 3%

Payment Method: After the transaction is completed, sellers must pay the corresponding transaction fee directly as prompted by the platform. The platform only accepts FPS (Faster Payment System) or cash payments.

2. Transaction Process

  1. Product Listing:
    • Sellers must submit product information (including images, descriptions, condition, etc.) and await platform review.
    • If the product does not pass the review, the platform will provide the reason for rejection.
    • Note: Some products may not be listed even after modification due to quality issues, and the platform reserves the right of final decision.
    • Completing the Transaction: Sellers must arrange with buyers for the handover of the amount and goods themselves.

3. Seller's Guide and Statement Terms

Responsibility and Disputes

  • You must ensure that the product information submitted (including images, descriptions, and condition) is true, accurate, and complete, and you are solely responsible for its legality.
  • If any legal dispute arises (e.g., infringement, fraud) due to false information, inaccurate circumstances, or other reasons related to the product, you will bear all legal liabilities, and the platform will not bear any related responsibility.
  • If any dispute arises during the transaction, you must negotiate amicably with the buyer to resolve it and cooperate with the mediation suggestions proposed by the platform.

Warranty and Proof Documents

  • If the product is claimed to be within the warranty period, you must submit valid warranty proof or related documents.
  • If unable to provide, the platform reserves the right to label the product as "No Warranty" or refuse to list it.

Accuracy of Product Information

  • You guarantee that the product information submitted (including images, descriptions, condition, etc.) is true, accurate, and complete.
  • You confirm that you have the legal right to sell the product and guarantee that the product's source is legal and undisputed.

Platform Approval and Authority

  • The platform reserves the right to review product information, modify it if necessary, or refuse to list it.
  • If a product does not pass the review, you must provide supplementary information as requested by the platform, but the platform retains the final right to reject any product.

Product Condition and After-Sales

  • The platform acts only as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and does not directly participate in transactions or provide after-sales guarantees.
  • Sellers are responsible for product quality and description and must directly handle any after-sales issues with buyers.

Data Usage and Privacy

  • Your contact information will only be used during the transaction process, and the platform will comply with its privacy policy to protect your personal information.
