  1. Online Application & Document Upload

    • Fill out the "Electric Wheelchair Rental Application Form"

  2. Submit the following documents

    • Hong Kong Identity Card

    • Contact number

    • Proof of address (bank statement or proof issued by government/public body; within the last 3 months)

  3. Fast Approval & Pick-up Appointment

    • Approval completed within 1 business day → Customer service will call to confirm pick-up time and plan details

  4. Pick-up Payment

    • Deposit + First rental payment (weekly / monthly / quarterly)

    • Present "Confirmation Letter" and ID card to pick up at the store

  5. Support During Use

    • Customer service repair hotline support

  6. Return upon Expiry or Exercise Ownership

    • Return in good condition: Full deposit refund

    • Reach Ownership Period: "Own After Repayment" clause activated → Wheelchair becomes yours

Note: For weekly rental customers who switch to monthly/quarterly rental after the 6th day, the full new plan rental fee must be paid separately; the weekly rental paid will not be deducted.


💳 Payment Frequency & Methods

  • Weekly Payment: Pay current week's rental on pick-up day (Cash / FPS / Bank Transfer)

  • Monthly Payment: Automatic payment on the 1st of each month (Cash / FPS / Bank Transfer)

  • Quarterly Payment: Payment once every 3 months from the start date

Electronic invoices are provided for all payments, and rental details can be viewed in the member center.


🔋 Daily Maintenance & Safe Charging

  • Dry and Ventilated: Do not cover while charging, maintain air circulation; avoid rain or dampness.

  • Original Charger: Only use the original charger provided with the device to ensure battery life and safety.

  • Moderate Charging: Try to use until low battery before charging; disconnect once fully charged, avoid continuous charging overnight.

  • Do not Drive While Charging: Strictly forbidden to operate the wheelchair while it is charging.

  • Long-term Storage: Recharge once a month after initial use; if idle for more than 1 month, charge first.


🛡️ Damage and Loss Compensation

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Free repair/replacement of consumables

  • Human-caused Damage or Loss: Compensation for a new equivalent wheelchair or parts as per contract


⭐ Own After Repayment (Ownership) Details

Once you have accumulated enough rental payments to reach the ownership period, you will permanently own the wheelchair without any additional purchase fees.

  1. Eligibility

    • C1 New: Accumulated rental of 8 months

    • C2 Used: Accumulated rental of 10 months

  2. Process to Exercise

    • Complete the final rental payment → Within 3 days, apply for "exercise of ownership" via "Contact Us" or customer service hotline

    • We will verify rental records and sign the "Ownership Transfer Agreement"

    • Deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after the agreement is signed, and the wheelchair will officially become yours

  3. Subsequent Guarantees

    • 30-day Free Inspection: Enjoy free technical inspection within the first 30 days after transfer

    • Accessory Discount: 10% discount on original accessories

Q1: How do I change plans or upgrade?

  • Weekly → Monthly/Quarterly: Apply after the 7th day; the full new plan rental fee must be paid separately.

  • Monthly ↔ Quarterly: Apply 7 days before the end of the rental period; automatically converts and charges according to the new plan.

Q2: How do I terminate the rental early?

  • The full rental fee for the current period must be paid; overdue returns will incur overdue fees according to the plan.
