Project Goal:
This project aims to collect idle wheelchairs in the community, and after cleaning and maintenance, redistribute them to those in need, promoting resource reuse and alleviating the financial burden on those who need them.

Roles and Responsibilities of Collection Points:

• Collection points can register unneeded wheelchairs from their members or service users, ensuring effective redistribution of these resources.
• Collection points must assist in recording basic information about these wheelchairs (e.g., model, condition, etc.) in the provided Excel sheet, so that Daily Mobility can centrally arrange collection schedules.

To ensure the sustainable development of the project, controlling transportation costs is a crucial element. Therefore, after collection, wheelchairs need to be temporarily stored at the collection point until our transport colleagues, based on regional circumstances, conduct centralized collection and transport them to the cleaning center to reduce logistical burden and improve efficiency.
