Warranty and Purchase Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions:
- Unless otherwise specified, payment methods only accept cash, bank transfer and FPS.
- The customer must pay the full amount before it is considered a formal order, otherwise the delivery date and time will not be arranged.
- Delivery time generally takes 7-14 working days, starting from receipt of full payment for the goods
- Maintenance services will be subject to the company's "Maintenance Terms and Conditions"
- Tiantian Transportation Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision
- Products will not be returned or exchanged once they are shipped out. Customers are kindly requested to check the product before purchasing. If there are any problems with the product, please report it to the staff immediately.
- The delivery service is not applicable to border areas, outlying islands, warehouses or collection locations without lifts.
Warranty terms and conditions:
1. Warranty service is only applicable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
2. If the goods purchased by the customer require maintenance, they must go to the designated repair center for corresponding maintenance.
3. When repairing products, a valid original invoice/receipt must be presented. If the customer fails to present valid documents, the maintenance service will be invalidated immediately.
4. Warranty service does not apply to the following situations:
Damage caused by water, fire, accident, neglect, improper use or abuse, input of inappropriate voltage, normal wear and tear and any unauthorized repair.
5. Product repair and maintenance services are subject to the terms and conditions. If there is any dispute, the company will reserve the right to make the final decision.
6. If the product has expired or does not comply with the "Maintenance Terms and Conditions", the maintenance service will be invalid immediately.
7. Maintenance service does not include any problems that the customer is worried about if the product is not damaged, such as the sound of motor rotation, noise and smooth operation, normal friction sounds (except for loud noises) at the wheelchair connection location, etc. All man-made damage and natural loss, damage caused by accidents, including transportation and other maintenance errors not approved by the company, or neglect of product use, inappropriate installation, replacement of non-original accessories by yourself, if the above situation occurs, the maintenance will be immediately invalid. . If necessary, customers can make an appointment in advance and visit the Tiantian Mobility Repair Workshop in person and we will provide free inspection services.
8. If the customer requires a paid technician to come to the home for repair services, the relevant video must first be provided to clearly indicate the fault situation.
9. If the customer requires a paid master to provide on-site repair services, additional on-site fees will be charged based on the current quotation. If the customer's area is a remote area,
The chef will not be able to provide services at your doorstep. Customers need to send the product to a designated repair center for repair by themselves.
10. Maintenance services do not include appearance problems such as wear, scratches, stains, etc. on the product surface.
11. Damage to all consumable parts, loose wheels, seat cushions, pedals, armrests, wires or screws or wire plugs, and battery failure due to failure to charge for more than one month are not covered by the maintenance.
12. Tiantian Transportation Co., Ltd. is committed to providing customers with high-quality products and services. After the maintenance service is completed, we will test the products to ensure their normal operation. When the customer receives the product, it is his responsibility to immediately check whether the product can operate normally. If there are any functional problems, please contact the staff immediately.
If the customer fails to raise objections to the staff in a timely manner, it will be deemed that he or she is satisfied with the maintenance service.
13. Whether the product requires maintenance and whether the product is operating normally shall be determined by Tiantian Mobility Co., Ltd.
14. Tiantian Mobility Co., Ltd. reserves the right of final interpretation of the maintenance terms. We may modify the maintenance terms when necessary and make them public on the official website. The revised warranty terms will take effect on the date of publication.
Maintenance rules for non-electric products:
1. The general product maintenance period is 7 days.
2. The following items are not applicable to warranty services:
- The product has been improperly stored or assembled, improperly used, abused, misused, repurposed, or treated with improper cleaning methods or detergents
- Any normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches, improper bending, or damage caused by impact or accident
- The product is damaged due to any external factors, such as problems caused by exposure to sunlight, moisture, dust, dust mites, etc.
- The product has been left outdoors or in a humid environment, such as a bathroom
- Differences in color
- Failure to provide original product invoice
- Product repair and maintenance services are subject to the terms and conditions . If there is any dispute , the company will reserve the right to make the final decision.
Terms and Conditions of Purchase:
1. If you need to change the delivery time for online orders, please call us 3 working days before the delivery date to make relevant arrangements for confirmation. Otherwise, a service surcharge of HK$200 will be charged . If delivery needs to be arranged again, we will charge a service surcharge of HK$200 again.
2. If you need to change the delivery location for online orders, please notify 3 working days in advance. You may have to reschedule the delivery time , otherwise delivery services may not be available immediately.
3. If there is bad weather, severe flooding, road obstruction or closure on the delivery day, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended. We will contact the customer via text message and/or phone call within 24 hours to make further arrangements. The replacement service will be completed within seven working days . Our company will not be responsible for any compensation if delivery is delayed due to any accident / bad weather / natural disaster .
4. If no one answers the door at the delivery address on the day of delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded , and a return shipping fee of HK $200 will be charged . If you need to arrange delivery again, we will charge delivery fees again.
5. The consignee must be over 18 years old and be the authorized representative of the customer. Any instructions / information or actions provided by the consignee represent the customer himself . In the event of bad weather, severe flooding, road obstruction or closure, the pickup service may be delayed or suspended.
6. Pickup or delivery time is 12:00 – 19:00 from Monday to Sunday
7. Unless there is a problem with the quality of the goods or they do not comply with the sales statement, if you are not satisfied with the product's color, appearance, shape, etc., you may request a return or exchange, including but not limited to the above factors. The company does not provide return or exchange service
8. Tiantian Transportation Co., Ltd. reserves the right to interpret and amend the terms and conditions of this service.
